Privacy notice
Who we are
This website is run by Devployment, operated by [TO CONFIRM: legal entity name and registered address]. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
What we collect
When you send a brief or register interest, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, company, market, the problems and modules you pick, and any context you add. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site.
The site sets two cookies that it needs to work: a session cookie and a security token that protects the form against forged submissions. Both expire when the session ends or within two hours.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your brief, to discuss and scope possible work with you, and to keep a record of that conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.
We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it
Your brief is stored in a database on the server that hosts this site [TO CONFIRM: hosting provider and server location]. Emails about your brief are sent through our email provider [TO CONFIRM: email provider]. These providers process the data only to deliver those services.
How long we keep it
We keep briefs for [TO CONFIRM: retention period] after our last contact with you, unless we enter a contract, in which case the contract terms apply. You can ask us to delete your brief sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the UK, the EU, Australia, and several US states, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. To make a request, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK or the OAIC in Australia.
Changes
If we change this notice, we update the date at the top of this page.
